Welcome to a gentle corner of the world where poetry, motherhood, nature, healing, and imagination meet. Come sit with the words awhile.
“There are flowers growing inside of us that only become visible when we finally give ourselves permission to bloom.”— Keythapoet
I am Keythapoet — a poet, mother, entrepreneur, artist, and believer in the power of words.
Poetry has always given me a place to breathe, reflect, dream, heal, celebrate, and tell the stories that sometimes live too deeply inside us for ordinary conversation.
This space is my poetry garden — a place where thoughts can bloom, memories can breathe, and readers can hopefully find a little piece of themselves within the words.
I believe poetry does not have to be complicated to be powerful. Sometimes the simplest words carry the deepest truths.
My hope is that something you read here makes you pause, smile, remember, heal, or simply feel understood.
A collection of reflections, emotions, dreams, love, healing, motherhood, and little moments that deserve to be remembered.
In the hush of twilight's glow,
words like whispers start to flow.
Canvas bare, with colors bright,
together we'll craft the night.
In the silent loom of night,
dreams are spun with threads of light.
Weaving hopes through velvet air,
stories born with gentle care.
Echoes of the heart's refrain,
resound beyond the deepest pain.
In every beat, a story starts,
a symphony of human hearts.
I was never meant to grow
where every flower stood in rows.
I needed wind, I needed rain,
I needed sunshine after pain.
So I grew wild.
And somehow,
I became beautiful.
I am becoming
the woman I once needed.
Softer with my heart,
stronger with my boundaries,
gentler with my past,
and braver with my dreams.
Do not apologize
for taking your time.
Even flowers know
that blooming
is not a race.
When you look back,
remember the woman
who kept going.
Remember the mornings
she started again.
Remember the nights
she cried and still dreamed.
Remember how many times
life asked her to become smaller—
and how beautifully
she chose to bloom instead.
Sometimes we become frustrated because we cannot see the flower while we are still planting the seed. But growth is happening even when it is invisible.
There are parts of motherhood that never make it into photographs. The quiet sacrifices. The late nights. The prayers whispered when nobody was watching. Those moments deserve poetry too.
Healing is not always a dramatic transformation. Sometimes healing is simply realizing that yesterday no longer hurts the way it used to.
A warm cup of tea. A child's laughter. A sunset. A song that finds you at exactly the right moment. Life leaves poetry everywhere if we slow down enough to notice.
Some of my most meaningful poetry comes from simply living — loving my children, learning myself, remembering where I came from, and imagining where life may take me next.
“I tucked my dreams
beside the bedtime stories,
kissed little foreheads,
turned out the light—
and somewhere between
motherhood and midnight,
I remembered
I was still becoming too.”
Poetry belongs everywhere — at celebrations, intimate gatherings, community events, creative spaces, workshops, and moments that deserve words with meaning.
